Make every stroke a power stroke. Expert tips and rigorous training and repetition is all that needs for a perfect tennis game. Practice, practice and more practice-Tennis is only about that one element after you know what you are supposed to do. So here is what you should keep in mind while playing tennis. Also people do not fully understand how nice tennis rackets will improve your tennis game.  Having a nice Babolat tennis racket or even Wilson tennis racket gives people the added confidenc that you need. We all know that tennis is half in the mind, and having the confidence to win will help you win more than what you would think. If you would like more mindgame tips and tricks click here for 49 excellent tennis videos.

While playing tennis you will come to realize one of the most important things that in tennis there is no ‘one exact’ way to play tennis, there are always options. This is what makes it even more interesting. There are no hell bent rules one has to adhere to. There are so many options and you are at your free will to pick the best for you.

Coming down to the actual tennis game, we can start off with the grip. They have an immense impact on the types of strokes you develop. Which grip could be the best for you? Read down and you shall know about it. It could be a forehand grip which would seem like a simple handshake with the racket. For this you have to technically turn your hand approximately a quarter circle counter-clockwise if you are right handed and the exact reverse if you are left handed. This grip is highly used to do the service.

Most popular among the strokes is the semi-western stroke where you hold the grip about a quarter turn further clockwise from the grip discussed above. This is the perfect grip for producing tremendous power and topspin.

Another way of holding the racket would be gripping it with knuckles pointing towards the ground. This is a good practice while playing on the clay courts. It is not that popular of a gripping practice because it inflicts serious restrictions on certain shots like the short and low balls. They become extremely difficult to corner.

Effortless efficiency could be achieved with proper execution of these tips.

There are just so many options in tennis that a single mutual consent on the grip, footwork, handwork is difficult to reach between the coach and the players. It is mostly the natural instinct of the player. What a coach should do is, correct the flaws, let the player play his game but make sure that the basics are not manipulated.

Just as there are numerous ways to form a proper grip on your tennis racket there are various ways for the forehand practices, back hand shots, backhand slicing, the forehand volley, the lobs and various different shots. Talking about forehand and backhand shots, there are more options in backhand than in the forehand shots. There could be single handed backhands or double handed backhands.

But tennis at the end of the day is not all about the forehand and the backhand shots, or the type of racket you use. Unless you would like that added topspin that the Babolat AeroPro Drive has, or that solid feel of the Wilson K Factor KSix-One, then yes  would say picking the right tennis rackets is a valuable tool in trying to improve your tennis game. It is beyond these grips, strokes, volleys and the perfect serves. Mental toughness is the key in tennis. Along with mental toughness there is requirement for strategic planning. Staying fit and healthy is not a luxury you can avail in tennis, it is a requirement for staying put in the game. Getting all these correct along with the idyllic technical tennis stuff, there is no stopping you to become the next Pete Sampras or Roger Federer..

My first piece of advice in my tennis instruction is that people trying to learn this great game can never give up on it. Tennis is not any easy sport to play at all. In the beginning things are going to be rough, and it is going to feel like you are not going to get better. At first you will start getting better and better every time that you play. Then you will start to hit a dry spot and you will start having good days and ba days. Then you will stay at about the same ability level for a couple of months. This is when i see people begin to give up. After things get hard they will throw in the towel. This is the worst possible thing that you can do. This is when you need to start playing even more

I suggest when you stop increasing in ability every time you play is to really stop and study the game. Most people think that tennis is all about just having natural talent and speed, combined with some strength and you will automatically be a good tennis player. This is true to some extent, but most of the people i beat, i beat by being smarter in the game than them. You need to learn when to do certain shots. You need to just study the all around strategy of the game, like when you are at the net where to stand. The correct answer to this question is about straight in front of the guy in front of you at the baseline. This will help prevent you from getting passed at the net. But not only do you need to know what to do at the net, but also when to go to the net. Most people do not even think about this, they just go out and play. You also need a good starting racket. I suggest getting the Wilson nFury Two for beginner player. It only costs 110 dollars brand new from tennis warehouse and it would be a good solid racket.

Then i suggest trying to figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are. You will be able to start playing towards your strengths and away from your weaknesses. Then you can also try to find a tennis racket that will help you with your abilities. I hope this tennis instruction helped some people out.            This Babolat Tennis Racket is fairly new and as of right now I have not heard of a whole lot of people talking about it yet. I did order just the demo racket from tenniswarehouse.com to see if I liked it or not. I did like it but it was not nearly my favorite Babolat Tennis Racket. I really did like the red and white colors that it came with. I like these colors much more than then yellow and white colors of the Babolat AeroPro Drive. As for pro players that use it Dinara Safina, is the only one that I can think of right now. She actually had a great season this year. I had never heard of her, but I am almost positive she is now ranked in the top 10 in the WTA.

I do think that most people would like this racket. It hits very solid and it has a nice feel to it. The only thing I personally did not like as much is that I could not with as much spin as I could with the other tennis rackets. This also could have been because of the strings that I was using, they were just regular Wilson tennis strings. Some people do not really know this, but strings do affect your game pretty dramatically. They have a couple of different sizes of strings that you can use and the higher the number is the thinner the string will be. For example if you get a 17 string size it will be thinner than a 16 string size. Personally I like the thinner strings because I think that I can get more power with them. The only bad thing about these thin strings is that they break much faster. I have to get my racket re-strung about once a week, which can get a little expensive. So you might have to choose this with the money that you are willing to spend on the sport.

The weird thing about this tennis racket is that the head size is 98 cm, which is 3 centimeters bigger than the 95 cm that I have played with before and 2 centimeters than my favorite head size, 100. When I played with the racket honestly I could not tell the difference in the head size between this one, and my 100 head size. If you are particular about what size of racket you want, I would not choose this one, but I wouldn’t make your decision based on this small fact.           The next Wilson Tennis racket which is one of my favorite tennis rackets, mostly just because it is a bargain for its low price is the Wilson nFury Two. It only costs about 110 dollars on tenniswarehouse.com. This is fairly cheap compared to the 200 dollars or close to that, that most of the Wilson Tennis rackets that I have recommending cost. That is really the main dfference between the Wilson nFury and the Wilson K Factor KSix One I would say that this racket is probably for more beginner players that want a good solid racket to start off with. This was actually the first racket that I ever had, besides the wal-mart rackets that I had before I got serious into tennis. It is not going to have the topspin or that great control that some of the others have, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a racket that is the best of the best you are going to have to reach a little deeper into your pocket book. If you would like a racket that you can start off with and start to get a nice feel of the game there is nothing wrong with this racket. The reason that it is so cheap is not because it is not as good. It is cheaper because it is a few years old and more basic than some of the newer ones, but basic is not always a bad thing. As for professional players that use this one of these tennis rackets, I cannot recall any at the moment. There are many Professionals that use the Wilson Tennis brand, but I do not think that there is any that use this racket in particular. I recommend this racket to intermediate tennis players. Again if anyone has any rackets they would like me to demo just email me at bloggin1126@gmail.com or leave a comment on my post.          Ranking in at number three on my list of tennis rackets is the Wilson tennis racket made famous by the world champion over the last few years. The Wilson K Factor KSix One has the control and feel that every great player needs. He is approaching the top spot for the most grand slam wins in history. Some say that Nadal has kind of stolen his thunder and he no longer has the shot at claiming his top spot in history. Frankly I do not agree with these people I think that he has a chance to win any grand slam. I do not think that he will ever win the French Open because Rafeal Nadal is just too good on clay courts, but to me at least Federer can win any of the other tournaments in this next year. So anyways the racket that he has made famous, which is fairly new, it might have came out two or three years back, is the Wilson K Factor KSix one.
The one that Federer actually uses is the Wilson K Factor KSix-One Tour 90, which is a little bit different than the rest. The main difference with this racket would definitely be the head size. This particular one is actually only at 90 cm, which is way smaller than any racket I ever play with. My favorite head size is 100 cm, but for more advance players I would think they would be able to use a 95 cm head size. I was actually talking to a tennis pro down in Oklahoma and by pro I mean coach, not professional, and he told me that he has no clue how Federer does it. He said that this racket was only made for Roger and no one else could use this racket even if he tried. Now obviously other players are able to use this racket, but he meant that you would have to be pretty dang could do use something this small. The great thing about such a small head would have to be the control that you would get. The power would be much tougher to generate and so you might have to a person that already has more power coming to use this racket. The regular Wilson K Factor with the 95 cm head size is also very good. It has a little bit less control; it is still very good, and a little bit more power. I know one person that is using this racket right now and he is just in love with it. He actually started out using my number one pick, the Babolat Pure Drive, and has since moved onto a Wilson.
This Wilson Tennis racket also would be for just a little bit more advanced players, but overall it is a great racket to have. It is a very sturdy racket and you will have much better placing of the ball. At least this is how it was when I played with it; I cannot guarantee the same for everyone. If anyone has any racket that they would me to demo and or review just email it to me at bloggin1126@gmail.com.            The Babolat AeroPro Drive is ranking in number two on my list of current top babolat tennis rackets. This racket is actually used by the number one tennis player in the world, Rafeal Nadal. This past year he won the French Open and the Wimbledon championship tournaments. In my book those are the two most prestigious tournaments that the Pro players play in. The other two major tournaments are the Australian Open and the U.S Open. Rafeal Nadal is personally my favorite tennis player, I think that he is the most physical player on the tour, and if you watch enough tennis you will know what I am talking about. He has actually beaten his arch rival, Roger Federer, who uses a WilsonTennis Racket, the Wilson K Factor, in a few grand slam tournament championships this year. But okay I really like this tennis racket, I personally do not use this racket for myself, but I do have a couple of friends that currently use this racket in their tournaments. I have played with it a few times and it might all just be in my head, but I feel like I hit the ball with great topspin with this racket. Topspin is when you racket comes over the top of the ball and it makes the ball go up a little bit higher in the air, but the ball will drop to the ground much faster. Then after the ball hits the ground, if you have the ball with enough pace, the ball will somewhat kick off of the court and bounce a little higher in the air than normal. The only problem with this great topspin that I get with this racket is that you have to hit the ball much harder and the ball will not go hardly any farther. You really need to aim out farther than you would normally. If you are a person that does not have very much racket speed I do not think that I would suggest this racket to you. I would say that this racket is for people with maybe a little less control and a ton of racket speed. Two of my friends that use this are that way, but I also have a friend that is very week and he loves it so I am not sure. The thing that is so great about this racket and it mostly comes from the topspin is the control that comes with it. Most people can hit the ball almost as hard as they can and if they are not aiming to far they will get the ball to bounce in. Really the harder you hit the ball the higher the ball goes, but it will also have that more much spin pulling it back down. I would recommend this babolat tennis racket to most players.            For my first post on my new blog I am going to talk about my absolute favorite babolat tennis racket. This is the racket that I use personally and I am ranking it the number one racket of my web page. This racket is used by many different pro players throughout the world including past legend, Carlos Moya, and a former number one ranked tennis player, Andy Roddick. Carlos Moya was actually the all famous Rafeal Nadal’s mentor. Nadal uses the a different Babolat tennis racket called a Babolat AeroPro Drive. One thing you do have to know about this though is that even though these rackets that the professional players are using look the same, most of the time they actually are not the same. This is a common misconception about most babolat tennis rackets and all other types of tennis rackets. People believe that when they see Carlos Moya running around the court using this racket that it has to be the best racket on the market. Although I still believe this to be true, in reality these two rackets are not the same. Most pro players, not all, have their rackets custom made with just the same look and feel as a certain brand, sometimes just to get sponsorship money for it. Their rackets are actually sometimes much heavier or in some cases much lighter, it kind of depends on the player using it. But okay back to what this article is actually about: why I like the babolat pure drive so much. First of all the colors are great for any one out there that chooses the racket that they like by the color or look of the racket. I personally think that this is the coolest looking racket that is made. This is one of the reasons I initially purchased the racket. I do like the head size of the racket, which is at 100 cm. For most beginners I would recommend getting a 110 headsize because this will carry more power, but less control. For more advanced players you might want to even go down to 95 cm. I have played with a few rackets that are 95 cm, and I do like them, but it is just not what I am used to. My advice is to use whatever racket you are comfortable with. I do like the weight of this racket also; the standard pure drive is at 11.2 oz, which to me is the perfect weight. I am not a very big guy, which is ironic because most tennis players are huge, but don’t get me wrong us little guys can be great players also. If you are a stronger guy you might want to go a little bit heavier, but I would not go much lower than that. The lowest I would probably go is about 10.8 oz, but no more than that. It also has this thing called woofer technology, but honestly I cannot even tell what this is and I would not base your decision on this fact alone. This babolat tennis racket has a nice mix of power and control. I would say that this one should be used for the stage between moderate and advanced players. If you would like to learn a little bit more about how to improve your tennis game check out this website.
